The Wilson I
This Barndominium is an H-style design featuring intersecting gable rooflines. The Wilson I is over the top with WOW and offerings. It will typically have slightly higher build costs in most areas, due in part to the roofline.
At 4,300 square feet it is one of our larger stock plan designs. It is a five bedroom, three and a half bath workhorse Barndo.
It features a vaulted great room / kitchen combo with a Smuggler’s Pantry behind the kitchen and a fireplace in the great room.
Four bedrooms are on one side of the “H”. Each pair of bedrooms shares a “Jack and Jill” style bathroom. The Owners Suite is in the other side of the “H” and features the bedroom, bath area, and large walk-in closet that can be connected to the laundry / mudroom. Next the mudroom is an office.
Porches on either side of Barndo square off the “H” and offer lots of entertaining space. The covered back porch also has an outdoor kitchen. This design is very functional.
