The Christianson X is a bold, luxury Barndominium (or “Barndo”) concept for homeowners who want everyday living to feel like a getaway. Its signature Super Flex feature adds a second, optional Barndo space across the breezeway. You can use that space as a pool house, pickleball court, half basketball court, tennis court, volleyball court, workout room, or an in-law suite—you pick, and we design it.
This Barndo floor plan includes 3,830 sq. ft. of living space, plus an impressive 2,132 sq. ft. pool house with a bath. Together, the main Barndominium and the Super Flex space create a resort-style setup for hosting friends, relaxing, and making the most of life at home.
The main Barndominium includes 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. In the primary suite, a direct-vent fireplace adds warmth and comfort, giving the room a private, high-end feel.
At the center of this Barndo is an open great room and kitchen designed for gathering. The great room is anchored by a masonry fireplace. The kitchen adds a large pass-through window bar for easy serving, plus a combined pantry/laundry for daily efficiency. An office or flex-space option lets you tailor the plan for work, hobbies, or guests.
The pool house Barndominium option features an indoor lap pool within the structure, along with a full bathroom and a storage area. A covered porch entry with double glass garage doors creates a clean, open connection between the two Barndo spaces. And if a pool is not your priority, remember: this area can be Super Flexed to the feature you want.
