This Barndominium RV, garage, living space – The Windermere XII – is a great combination of part-time or full-time living space with garage shop, outdoor living work/fun space. In some ways it resembles a dogtrot – it’s hard not to like this design.
It is very functional. It offers the owner a spacious 5-garage that can also house an RV. There are two covered porches and you could park and RV on one if you chose to. This Barndo includes about 2,900 sq ft of living space and entertainment area.
This living space has a great room with vaulted ceiling and a spacious kitchen area. The kitchen has a pass-thru window to the covered porch. It also has a pantry / laundry combo. There is a glass garage door leading from the great room on to the covered porch. There is one bedroom and one and a half baths on one side of this dogtrot style design.
Across the center covered porch is an in-law suite with a great room, bedroom, and full bath.
This is a great design to be part of a family compound. It has it all.
