The Spartacus V is a brilliant design incorporating the classic dogtrot breezeway with abundant living quarters. This 3600 square foot design is great for living, entertaining, and fun.
The A side of the dogtrot includes a vaulted great room / kitchen combo with a large kitchen island. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a laundry room. The great room opens on to the 1,000 plus square feet of porch (Section B) – that is the dogtrot- via a set of French doors. The dogtrot breezeway includes masonry fireplace.
Across the dogtrot and to the right is another set of French doors that enter the C-side which includes a living room, bedroom, full bath, and home gym. There is plenty of WOW here for all.
