This Barndominium home – The Creek House VII – is a design with a little something for everyone. It is a great Barndo with an oversized garage attached by a walkway. It is over 4,000 square feet of living space, over 1,700 square feet of covered porches, and has over 1,800 square feet in a four-bay garage. This is luxury living!
The main features:
You enter the main Barndo via French doors that open into the vaulted ceiling great room with a large masonry fireplace. The great room is adjacent to a large kitchen area. There is a large pantry to support your kitchen needs. With the great room as a home focal point, there are also a total of four bedrooms (there are two-bedroom suites on each end of the Barndo), and there are four and a half baths. The owner’s suite also has a fireplace.
There is a den and a mud/laundry combo room on the left side of the building. The mud room leads to a covered (or enclosed) walkway that is connected to a four-bay, oversized garage. It is a great space for “farm toys” and storage. Finally, there are porches galore in this design and as we all know, “you can never have too much porch space.”
