The Bella Grove II – An Inspired Residence
What can we say! This Barndo was inspired by the 11,000 SF Bella Grove Wedding Venue in Oklahoma. It is the “mini-me” home version.
This two-pod design has over 4,600 square feet of living space and over 5,200 square feet under roof. It has something for everyone. Let’s take a look!
Main Barndo Pod
- We have a great room – den – game room – kitchen combo.
- You’ll find the great room with a large fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and glass garage door. This room flows into the spacious kitchen with an oversized island and a connecting Smuggler’s Pantry. In front of the kitchen is a den with a curtain wall and outdoor covered porches on either side. Adjacent to the kitchen – opposite the great room – we have added a game room space with a glass garage door and a curtain wall.
- There are two bedrooms with nice closets. A Jack ‘N Jill bath connects the bedrooms. There’s also a dedicated laundry room and a private office with an adjacent half bath.
- As you exit the back of this pod, there is a enclosed walkway.
Owner’s Retreat Pod
- The Owner’s retreat is a separate, private pod that includes a bedroom with sitting area and an awesome, two-sided fireplace.
- There is a large bathroom with his and hers sinks and a luxury walk-in closet.
