This Barndominium home – The Promenade I – brings a different touch forward.
The Promenade I is about 2,700 square feet. It is two buildings position next to each other in an L-shaped living space. There is a walkway between the buildings. Building one is the great room. It is a generous size. It combines with a kitchen to offer a nice gathering space. There is a large porch, with outdoor kitchen, touching the great room on two sides.
The second building, the long leg of the “L” has two bedrooms and two baths plus storage and utility space. There is a small breezeway between the buildings – it may be covered, uncovered, or enclosed.
This design also incorporates a silo designed as an observation deck. It is actually a third building.
This concept is the first step towards a mini-Barndo compound on your property.
