The Creek House IX is another sleek, modern design that fits comfortably into a rural or urban setting. It is a one-story design fit for living and entertaining. It also has one of our new 2026 design features the “parapet” front elevation feature that we have adapted from commercial steel construction design! This allows us to offer a less expansive, easier to install, but aesthetically pleasing mono-slope roof behind the parapet.
The Creek House IX is over 6,000 square feet under roof with over 4,400 square feet of living space and over 1,600 square feet of covered porches.
Along with the parapet design – key features include the large Great Room – Kitchen Combo with an adjacent walk-in Scullery Pantry. We offer flat ceilings in the great room with 12 FT and 14 FT ceiling height options. The Barndo includes 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is also a Flex Room and a Laundry Room.
This is another design that focuses on views from all rooms and can be designed with luxurious floor to ceiling window options.
