The Axlewood Design
This Axlewood Design originated as a client custom design. The main design is a two-story home with a massive garage attached that includes space for a Class A Motor Coach. There are also three kitchen areas. The Axlewood is another big budget Barndo with top shelf amenities. It may have slightly higher build costs in some areas depending on your level of finish out.
At almost 6,000 square feet of HVAC space, the main building complex is one of our largest stock plan designs. It is two-story, four-bedroom, five and a half bath entertainment mecca.
- The main entrance flows into the vaulted great room / kitchen combo. A large masonry fireplace is centered between two large glass garage doors. Off the kitchen is a Smuggler’s Pantry. Behind the kitchen is an office, storage area, mechanical room, and another full bath.
- Upstairs features four bedrooms each with a walk-in closet and four full baths. There is also a laundry room and a loft / game room area. The loft overlooks the great room.
- There are actually three kitchen areas in this Barndo – in the main house, in the garage, and an outdoor kitchen area.
- The oversized garage – approx. 3,000 SF – has four bays and also has a large garage door on the back. There is a half bath as well as a kitchen area. Adjacent to the four-car garage is an almost 1,300 SF Motor Coach bay.
- To complete the WOW of this design – there are porches on three sides totaling about 3,000 square feet and including an outdoor kitchen.
This is a top shelf Barndo designed for family, entertainment, fun, and socializing. It just says fun and luxury!
